IInitial Submission: please use simple text formatting and a legible font of at least 12 point size in a single column format. Pages, equations, figures and tables should be numbered sequentially. Figures and tables must also have captions. In the initial submission, figures and tables should appear in the body of the text. Figures may be submitted in black and white, grayscale, or color. The references should be gathered together after the end of text under the heading "References." Authors are required to supply complete information for references. Articles should be submitted as a single pdf file for first review, with figures inline rather than at the end of the document. Sample latex templates are available here. Use of these templates are not required but will help speed up the final submission process.

Final Submission: Upon acceptance, authors will be required to submit figures and images separately. Submissions that use color are welcome, but all figures should be understandable by readers viewing or printing via monochrome devices. Figures can be printed in color in the hardcopy version at the cost of a printing charge. A more specific set of formatting is required for final submission.
